Due to the regulatory changes that took place in August of 2024, it is now required that before we show property we must secure a written showing agreement with our buyer spelling out the terms of how and how much we will get paid if we sell them a property.   

  This is a nationwide change that is binding on ALL REALTORS.  It is important to note; my agreement is NOT AN EXCLUSIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT.  It does NOT bind you to me. Yes, you can still go look for property with other realtors. (I hope you don't. But you still can.)     My form simply states we have an agreement that allows me to show you properties and how I will get paid if I sell you a home.  It also states that should the need arise if you are unable or unwilling to pay me, we can part ways with no further obligation to each other.
