For me, real estate has always been about more than buying and selling houses. It's about serving people, building relationships, and helping families make important decisions.

Teresa and I have shared 42 wonderful years together. We raised our four children here in the Prescott area and are now proud grandparents of seven. This community isn't just where I work—it's home!

For over 22 years, I've helped hundreds of buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the Prescott-area real estate market. I've experienced everything from booming markets to the housing crash of 2008, when we didn't just survive—we thrived! Those experiences taught me how to help clients succeed in virtually any market.

I've never considered myself a salesman. My job is to represent my clients, protect their interests, and offer honest advice—even when that means advising them not to buy or sell.

When I'm not working, you'll often find me enjoying my favorite hobby—model railroading! Given our Real Estate Depot theme, that's probably no surprise.

Helping folks on their journey home isn't just our slogan. It's what I love to do!
